Service Estimates

Quotes provided by Abright Exterior Cleaning are based on the information available at the time, including customer details, photos, remote measurements, and visible property conditions. Final pricing may change if the scope, access, safety conditions, or property details differ from what was provided.

Scheduling

Service dates are scheduled by agreement. Weather, equipment issues, unsafe conditions, or access problems may require rescheduling. Abright Exterior Cleaning will make reasonable efforts to notify customers as soon as possible if a schedule change is needed.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers should provide accurate contact information, service details, and safe access to the areas being cleaned. Vehicles, outdoor items, pets, locked gates, fragile items, and other obstacles should be handled before service begins when possible.

Results and Limitations

Abright Exterior Cleaning works to deliver professional results, but some stains, mineral deposits, oxidation, paint damage, organic growth, or surface wear may not be fully removable. Cleaning does not repair damaged materials.

Payments

Payment terms are provided with each quote or invoice. Customers agree to pay for approved services after completion unless another arrangement has been made in writing.
